Philosophy - We want you to feel confident you made a good decision to buy a product from Old Creel. Integrity at all times.
That means you will get direct answers to questions and be encouraged to ask questions until you are satisfied. If we don’t know we will tell you Product - Selection is critical. You can see the differences between models and colours and sit in the boats to test fit and feel. To this end we carry the largest selection of Kayaks and Canoes in Atlantic Canada. We can usually provide you with model and colour selection options If not we can get them. Additionally we allow you demo paddle if you prefer.
Suppliers - Old Creel views suppliers as strategic partners. We make an effort to limit the number of suppliers in order to be consistent in presentation, supply and follow up service of quality products . We have been fortunate that to date we have found suppliers that share our philosophy in Canada and we can source most of our kayaks, canoes and accessories close to home. Manufacturer’s like Boreal Design located in St Augustine Quebec Boreal Missionand Nova Craft of London Ontario About Nova Craft are serious players who compete and win in Canada and internationally. Their products are oustanding in quality and they back up what they say. Both companies add models every year and meet the demands of even the most discerning paddlers for quality and performance.
