The Pakesso with rudder is both compact and lightweight. The rudder will appeal to the novice paddler, by allowing them to easily steer the kayak. The Esperanto is the longest and fastest of our plastic tandems. It is easy to paddle, comfortable and stable, and can reach excellent cruising speeds. A moderate rocker and larger rudder contribute efficiently to responsive turns. The practical centre compartment can be used for extra storage or outfitted with an optional child seat/bulkhead. The cockpits are spaced sufficiently apart, allowing the paddlers to paddle at their own speed, without risk of accidental collision between the two paddles.
