The Esperanto is the longest and fastest of our plastic tandems. It is easy to paddle, comfortable and stable, and can reach excellent cruising speeds. A moderate rocker and larger rudder contribute efficiently to responsive turns. The practical centre compartment can be used for extra storage or outfitted with an optional child seat/bulkhead. The cockpits are spaced sufficiently apart, allowing the paddlers to paddle at their own speed, without risk of accidental collision between the two paddles. With a hull shape combining reverse hard chines and slightly concave bottom, this kayak unites performance, wave-riding capability and a surprising level of stability.
