The Akona Fury is a very stable Sit on Top Kayak that is a great fishing kayak and easy to lift and transport with the ergonomic molded plastic handles and low weight.  We have had people who had never used a kayak learn to paddle in a matter of minutes on the Fury.  That was easy.

It comes standard with two dry storage areas in bulkheads and is self bailing with four scupper plugs.  The padded seat is included and is comfortable for many hours of paddling. Multiple foot rests positions with no moving parts make swapping paddlers a breeze.

The four position fishing rod holders elevates this boat to a one of the most economical fishing crafts on the market.  The two forward fishing rod holders are useful while taking a corrective paddle stroke to keep yourself in the perfect position, while the two rear fishing rod holders are idea for trolling.

The HIRO Impulse drive is a kayak with a stable, fast and ergonomic design, allowing hands-free fishing.  Large payload capacity of 396 lb and stable enough to stand and cast.  Four rear fishing rod holder options included for trolling and storage and one adjustable rod holder on the slide rail.


Powered by the pedal powered Impulse Drive, this proven system is lightweight. It moves forwards and backwards by pedaling.


Steering is provided by a wide rudder controlled by a joystick on the port side of the kayaker.


Its comfortable premium aluminum framed seat adjusts to the fisherman’s size. The space in front of the seat argues a large platform for fishing while standing.


It is capable of sailing beyond 300 m: Compliant with Division 245

OUR FUSION HULL DESIGN




Our Fusion Hull offers efficient glide with advanced stability and tracking. The pronounced V-shaped bow quietly cuts through the water and allows for more precise maneuvering. The Hybrid Catamaran hull at the stern provides the ultimate in stability while keeping the craft less beamy and more fluid through the water. A moderate rocker and long waterline offer paddlers better tracking and less fishtailing with every paddle stroke.
